I was pleasantly surprised by the upgraded room I received via fingerprint recognition, which was frankly huge and amazing. The hotel offers top-notch security with fingerprint readers at the rooms, giving me a sense of luxury and safety. The price was a bit high, but the value for money was definitely there.

The service at the hotel was exceptional, especially in handling logistics like printing train tickets. Omar at the front desk and Chris in the dining area were particularly helpful. Though the restaurant wait staff had some ups and downs, the overall service was great.

The location allows for great space standards, but lacks character as it is right next to the athletics track with views of some edge-of-town scrub. However, the recommended 30-minute walk into the old town along the secluded river path added charm to the experience.
